Cornbread for the bread machine, makes very good toasties the next day



1 cup of warm water
1/4 cup oil (canola)
1 egg
3 cups bread flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Add to your bread makers instruction, I use the French setting on my machine.


Optional-
3/4 cup of Grated cheese– cheddar or mozzarella
Jalepenos– 2 tablespoons
Chilli flakes
sundried tomatoes
