Another use for the mini muffin tin, I have only ever used it for mince pies. Now I can make these babies. I made these for my husband’s turn of baking for work. They are good and I am saving these in my brain bank for shared lunches, work mistake fines and any other occasion I can think of.

I based this recipe on a search for all things Nutella and the original concept was on . This recipe called for room temperature Nutella. Many others suggest lining a baking tray with greaseproof paper and dolloping the Nutella onto it, then freezing. I think I will use frozen dollops next time.

This mix made plenty for a 20 hole mini-tin. I made a couple of larger ones too. I think I will get another mini-tin and can probably get 30 out of it.

I used 180 gram of a bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk chopped into roughly the size of rice crispies.

My mini-tin has silicone inserts, if yours doesn’t use paper liners or give a light spray with oil.
